In all our apartments: the garage, snow removal and 7-day service. At the Signature, you also get access to two indoor pools and two gyms, air conditioning, a shed and two indoor storage spaces.
What is the difference between Quartier du Centre and the Signature?
Both buildings offer new apartments with the same finishes: concrete floors, soundproofing, lit walk-in closet, podium bathtub and glass shower. The Signature, at 150 rue de la Maçonnerie, adds two indoor pools, two gyms, two elevators, air conditioning and a garage with a car wash station.
Are dogs allowed at Quartier du Centre?
No. Some pets are allowed at management's discretion.
What are the model unit visiting hours?
Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Is parking included?
Yes, one garage space is included. At the Signature, the garage car wash station is available at an extra cost.
Is there an elevator?
Yes: two elevators at the Signature and one at Quartier du Centre on rue St-Denis.
